After a tiring journey, our late arrival at Lint Hotel Koln was met with a hiccup in accessing our room, swiftly resolved by a helpful staff member over the phone. The room, though cozy, lacked the balcony we had booked, but the chocolates left for us were a delightful touch. Notwithstanding these minor setbacks, the location near the Rhine River proved exceptional for exploring Cologne's gems, such as the Cologne Cathedral and Museum Ludwig, all within walking distance. The warm, inviting atmosphere and the scrumptious breakfast at the adjacent café elevated our stay. Next time, an apartment might be the way to go.
